fuel tank breather
My (fuel tank breather gravity value) got loose and the tire work on it, to were it is about a third of the way gone. Is this a part I need to replace or can you just hook the two line together and make it work right. Also there was air bubble in the fuel line to the IP and after putting these line together the air was gone. any through?? Bruce

That thing is so when the car tips over; fuel can't run from the tank out the vent line.

So, if you aren't planning on rolling the car over, I'd say you can just connect the hoses together.
