The yellow car and the red car with probably be stripped and then the shells will be sold [red car most likely scrapped since it's rather f'ed].

I think 81 sounds right. I keep forgetting all the years. I haven't memorized the differences in each year yet like I have with MKII's.

The chrome window trim was really popular in 81, and then started to wane mid-year in 1982.

I need both taillights. I need the long style that runs from the license plate to the side of the car, just like what's in the maroon Rabbit. The reverse lenses in mine are shot. Price plus shipping to Green Bay, WI 54311

Wow I have not been watching this closely enough. For those who still want parts email or PM me. I do believe I have a crankshaft pulley. Of some sort. Mcstein. Do you have a picture of the one you need?

Hello, Im looking for a fuel injector pump starting lever. Its part of the governor and throttle lever. Its for an 85 Golf, 1.6 diesel motor. If u need a pic, Ill send one. Its under the top cover of the injector pump. Mine broke off somehow. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks Mike.
