1.9l head gasket-aaz on 1.6l td?

ive been told to install a 1.9l aaz head gasket on my 1.6l td. block - 1Z engine, is machined with new pistons and crank installed, ect.
head - hydraulic from same engine is also machined and assembled.
ive been told to use oem stretch bolts and 1.9l aaz felpro gasket.
will hold better at higher psi. however i wont go over 15psi. im looking for long life and economy and maybe a little better performance if i want.
the 1.9l aaz gasket - felpro fits the same holes on my hydraulic engine
any thing else i need to know?
follow bentley installation as the 1.6l gasket would have been- any re torque?
