SOLD
A lot of you on this forum helped me get my 1.6L Diesel rebuilt and on the road running. When I was working on the project I had planned on turbo-ing it, but now that I've clocked 6000 miles on it in mixed city/highway conditions, I'd say I'm pretty darn happy with the 50hp it has! So, I decided to throw in the towel and get rid of the turbo setup I've been holding onto.
Here's the link to the eBay listing.

Taken from the listing:
Items included in auction (and shown in picture):
- KKK K14 Turbocharger (part number 068 145 704D) NO PLAY IN SHAFT OR BENT FINS.
- Exhaust manifold
- Intake manifold
- Exhaust down tube (from bowl, just past bend)
- Aluminum heat shield
- Air filter box WITH new Mann filter
- Air hoses (from filter to turbo/VC breather, turbo to manifold)
- Valve cover gasket with breather assembly
- Oil drain line (from turbo to pan) **Steel Line was cut with intention of adding new fittings, but both sections of line can be welded back together.
Included, but Not pictured:
- Oil feed line (from oil filter flange to turbo)
- Oil Filter Flange (with threading for feed line)
*** Not Included - Factory Oil Pan with drain line fitting.
- What I AM able to include is an oil pan that has a 1/2" pipe nipple welded off the back end of the pan. This was the last leg of my project that I wasn't fully able to resolve. Because I couldn't source the proper factory TD pan, I attempted to fabricate my own oil drain fitting with a spare NA pan, but the project fell short. With some ingenuity and some resourcefulness (or the appropriate oil pan with fitting), a working oil drain can be added.
