I went through hell getting this car and I never planned on selling it, especially now that all the kinks have been worked out. This car is very rust free and overall in great condition, the steering/suspension is all tight and the car drives straight. I hate to sell it since I have so much time and money into it, but I need to get $3,000 but I'm open to best offers.

-1991 VW Jetta ECOdiesel, 242,000 miles
-1.6L N/A long block w/ 206,000 miles
---tested for leads/cracks, no cracks, no leaks,
---Geotz Headgasket w/ Felpro Gasket, 6 step torque sequenced
---Timing belt/tensioner
---Front and Rear motor mounts
---Intake/Exhaust manifold gaskets
---Custom oil return line
---Manual Boost Controller (set at 18psi)
---Oil Pan, Valve Cover Gaskets
---13.5lbs Flywheel from N/A 1.6 (about 2lbs lighter than stock)
---5W40 Synthetic, Fresh Antifreeze, Synthetic Trans Fluid

-Rokkor Coilovers, about 10,000 miles
-KKK K14 Turbo (not new, but clearly newer after original engine damage and zero shaft play/oil leakage)
-Water Pump
-Thermostat
-Passenger Side Axle
-Brakes, Front Pad and Rotors
-tires (fronts rotated to rear will include 2 nearly new tires on GLI rims)

Since motor install (within 10,000 miles):
-9 Piece Cooling Hoses
-Radiator Fan Switch
-Oil Changed 500 miles ago (rec'd 7,500 miles intervals with Synthetic 5W40), VW filter
-Oil Cooler Gasket
-Blower Fan Resistor (already took a dump, $0.37 resistor mod)
-Resealed Heater Box Doors, very warm heat.
-Shift Linkage
-Windshield Wipers
-'Cat-Back' Exhaust, Ginger Snaps Approved Straight Piped 2"-2.5" w/ B3 Passat Tip
-Master Cylinder

Needs:
-Windshield has a pretty big crack
-Rear Drivers Side Window Reg, technically works but it's not fun rolling it up and down
-Rear Defrost doesn't work
-Wipers only work on medium and slightly more than medium
-Front Right Marker socket
-Bunch of A/C crap
-Rear wheel bearings are noisy, have no play though
-E-brake works could probably use a new cable

If I get my asking price I'll include the original engine, torn down and ready for machining. Again, i'm asking $3,000 obo. You'll be best to call me at 319-231-4687 as I'm not on here very often.

Already poster it up on the 'tex ;)

18psi is great, I've got he fuel turned up to compensate for the added air. It's not fast by any means, but it's definitely fun to commute with :) Usually won't go past 10psi unless your really hammering into it, easily driveable :D
