Overall good condition for a 21 year old car. It runs good and handles like it should.
Needs:
New muffler
Heater core (started leaking this summer and I bypassed it)
Gear shift linkage seems to have gotten pretty sloppy.
AC worked in 2003 when I got it but I didn't use it and it doesn't work now.
I bought the car in January of 2003 with 205000 miles. I just registered for this forum but I have come here in the past to solve issues and questions and found the forum educational and entertaining. I have seen similar cars advertised for what i think are ridiculous prices. I am not really sure what it is worth. I have seen some claims of low production numbers but I have seen too many ecodiesels to believe the low numbers. I am going to offer it for sale for $2000. Feel free to tell me that is too high or too low or make me an offer.
