maybe this http:(cometitor's link removed by moderator) , but it says for MK1. I got one once just to for the fittings (my pump dual out banjo cracked so I used one off it and ran a T for the injectors return). I'm pretty sure your pump banjo fitting is the same size as MK1, but the MK1 fuel line is more like 1/4" ID

I think with the MK2s you can just run a piece of 1/4" vinyl tubing. No 3/8" adapter that I know of.
I like to slide a piece of 3/8" rubber hose over the end,..
use it like a hose clamp and if you do need a hose clamp it works nicely over the rubber.

ive seen a pic of a (vinyl)adaptor/banjo for putting, what you (fatmobile) like -clear line, on. i have standard fuel injection line, as i have a slight problem with the ip priming, so i accidentally broke stock line when i went to prime fuel line(no i dont have an air leak,,as of yet). so i put standard 3/8 f/i line in but i need an adaptor, and ive seen it on one site or another.

Interestingly; that mk1 Golf line was retained by the Quantum, and is better than the later 'two-parter'...

mine is a 86 mk2. whats the inlet size? 1/4"? my line was stiff and almost 30yrs old, on a really freezing day a couple of years ago i had to prime my pump thru this inlet line, well i accidentally snapped old line, it was old and tough any how. forget the temps that day, under 10f. the rest of the story is involved, fortunately i can prime pump that way, if needed.

what i can do is run a vinyl tubing 1/4id and apx3/8od and run some efi line down it, like you said and use 2 regular clamps; i prefer the clamps you can take a 1/4"wrench on, helps a lot and can clampoff tight.
