Hey what's up VW lovers, just recently bought a 82 rabbit .i don't know anyone else who has one or any knowledge of deisels I've been paying mechs to slowly rebuild ND I need some advice ND tips that deisel mechs wnt kno about vw's thanks much ill add photos in a bit..bless.peace.love ❤ stay humble

Congrats and welcome to the forum. Best advice I can say at this time is to buy an official Bentley Repair manual for your little buggy, and if you haven't inspected the timing belt yet, do that quickly. I would also replace the fuel filter, even if it looks new.
