I was told by my mechanic that the reason we have no AC is because of a switch in the dash that has broken. Compressor works great, but the vents ONLY blow hot air.
My son and I want to try and fix this on our own, but I have forgotten the name of the part.
Any help on this?

It's probably the switch on top of the heater controls.

I think it is the air blend door actuator
