swapping 81 rabbit 1.6 n/a into 89 jetta n/a
Both vehicles are manual and n/a. How involved is this swap going to be? Is there anything that is not straight forward? Thanks Stoney

There's going to be an injection pump bracket swap on the passenger end.
That's about the only thing major I can think of.
Just bolt the MK2 stuff: motor mounts, exhaust, trany mount and intake to the MK1 engine and it should go well.
