79 Golf GLD heat shields in Australia?

Hi,

I am hoping someone knows where to get heat shields for my Golf in Australia? If not I will have to purchase from vwparts if they sell them?

do you have a vw dealership there? the heat shields are used in many vw diesel vehicles. I believe all the way up till 99. The dealership should be able to get them if you have one. It cannot hurt to ask, allthough you might have to explain what you are looking for, and actually go by there and show them on the picture break down, because some people call them different things.
