impossible to find: Quantum diesel bracketry

Hi All,

I'm looking to locate the (3) brackets that hold the power steering pump to the engine in a 1.6TD Quantum. My Quantum for some reason, does not have a turbo, rather a swapped in n/a 1.6 rabbit engine and I would like to re-mount the PS pump as whoever did this hack job of a swap just put the P/S tied to the side with cable ties and left it!!

I've searched for these parts, and those who have them do not seem to want to sell them for whatever reason. The dealer wants $250 for the 3 brackets and although a steep price, it is becoming more appealing as time wears on.
