Adapter plate: vw I4 watercooled into vanagon or aircooled

Can someone help me identify this adapter plate? It's to mount a VW I4 watercooled engine into a VW vanagon. It will also bolt up to a VW aircooled transmission.
It has no flywheel, but I was told it works with a kennedy flywheel.
I'm interested to know what brand it is (no markings) and what it's worth. It's been hanging on my garage wall for 2 years.
