vwdieselparts.com forum is founded and funded by Jack.
A vw diesel engine rebuilder might as well have a vw diesel parts store.
Click on vwdieselparts.com at the top, to go to his store.

Anything that you don't see listed, shoot him an email and he'll give you a quote. Also, his shipping is fast and reasonable.

coolant resevoir

I'm developing a low coolant, and overheat warning light circuit board that will work with the resevoirs that have the low coolant level sensor.
The components arrived this week and the first dozen prototypes should arrive for testing next week.
All the later A2 Golfs/Jettas came with the overheat/low coolant warning light in the dash. Even some or maybe all of the A1 Jettas had one... but the Rabbits got ripped off.
I lost an engine due to a loss of coolant and am doing my best to see that it doesn't happen again.... on my Rabbits or anyone elses.
Now that you have found a resevoir... we'll have to see if Jack can supply us with the ones with a level sender
