Safe amount of WVO

Without a WVO system that heats the WVO and lets you switch back to 100% petrodiesel prior to shutdown, what's the safe amount of WVO I can just dump into my tank? Say, 1qt and then top off with petrodiesel?

I've heard that around 10% is where problems start popping up. I run about 4-5% or so and seems to be working fine. Add 1/2 gallon to a tankfull of diesel.
