My 2003 Jetta TDI has 235,000 miles on it and I need to clean the MAF - HOW DO I DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ON TOP OF THE MAF ? I have worked and worked and looked, . . . well, I need some help on that !

I find the easiest way is to actually push it in while actuating the clip, then pull,back, it should come right off, this goes for all mk4 style connectors
