Fuel lines

Post by ahistand »

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I can tfind what I'm looking for so here goes:

What is a appropriate fuel line to use to replace the stock lines (short ones going to and from the tank, at the back, and short ones up at the filter) on a Rabbit for Biodiesel compatibility. I realize most people say Viton, but cripes, that stuff is really expensive. How about for the clear line going from filter to injection pump? I saw the post earlier about PEX line, but that stuff appears to be not too flexible, more like plastic. I dont think it would work for clamp type connections.
