Thank you all for you input. I took off the head today to find a heart-stopping discovery. Piston four is chipped. The turbo impeller is messed up and there are crackes between all the valves on each cylinder. Are the cracks normal? Ive heard of some cracks before.

Looks like it broke a timing belt at some time.
Kinda weird that the pistons are burnt up on the side away from the injectors.
That's a good picture of the cracks between the valves,... the one on the right is a good example of what too wide looks like.
Also small cracks coming from the prechambers.
With cracks like that I bet the head is warped.
The turbo looks like they ran it on gravel roads without an air filter,.. it wasn't rubbing on the housing there.
