Coming in late here but.....
If it ran before the timing work then you'll have to check your work again. Did it run before the work? I'm sorry if I missed it's running now.
Starters don't crank as well when it's hot because heat creates resistance in the circuit.
Starting issues after it's warm is just plain weird!

It ran before the timing work and it ran after the timing work. I'm hoping it just needs new injectors.

If it's hard to start when warm I would guess it's the IP not producing the proper PSI. I hope I'm wrong. Good Luck

Even a severely worn injection pump will have not trouble producing the pressure necessary for starting. Cranking speed is a far more likely issue. You almost should be able to distinguish the compression strokes, just a whir.
