Ok here is what I have learned in my rebuild!
There are Mercades injector tips that will pass more fuel.
There are a couple of different Garret turbos which will require an adapter plate.
And it's possible to increase output on the stock turbo with a different wheel and reworking the waste gate.

If you care to read this: http://www.vwdiesel.net/forum/index.php?topic=11698.0 you'll see he actually lost power with merc nozzles.

I tried Merc Nozzles and GTD nozzles on my AAZ and went back to a new set of stock AAZ nozzles.
On the AAZ, replace the 1.9 turbo with a Garrett T3 from a 1.6. I'm making great power now.
