size of fuel line on 84 diesel

size of fuel line on 84 diesel
looking to replace the fuel hose that come into and out of the IP but do not know what size it should be. 84 diesel rabbit, 1.6 non turbo.

and I use 1/4" coming out of the pump too but the metal fuel line it connects to is 5/16" so I stretch the end of the clear tubing to fit.
