I need a good condition, rebuildable, Mechanical, Turbo Diesel Head. E or F casting?

Thanks for respnding but I took one out of an 82 Jetta that I had. I don't want to spend that kind of money to have mine fixed but I'm sure getting tired of one that reads five mph fast and who know where that puts the odometer.

Do you know if they can be calibrated?

The Red Bentley (thru 84) says 33 ft. lbs. The Grey Bentley (85 up) says 22 plus 90 degrees.

I was told by an Aluminum Head Shop in Portland, OR. that E and F castings can be used for Turbo Diesel.

450 grams divided by 16 is 28 grams or about 1 once. One square from a pack of Parowax is 4 onces.

Which do you use?

I'm using Gabrial Gas Inserts with H&R Sport Springs on my 84 Jetta TD, they work great, I'm sure they're as good as anything else out there.

I'm in Washington State. Mail order ok.
