I always use class 10.9 bolts when changing a water pump as well. Saves many headaches next time around.

Engines are the same. Front suspension is the same. Windshields are the same. I think the rear suspension is the same as well.

The fuse is on the firewall behindish the master cylinder. Pull the squarish plastic piece off and you'll see it. Definitely check this first.

As well as taking care of the leaks, change the fuel filter and clean the screen in the fuel tank. I think you can get to it from under the back seat in a rabbit.

If they're all still functioning, there's no need to replace them. If it gets cold and you're not able to plug your car in, you're gonna be SOL with out working glow plugs.

Sorry about my earlier post. I was thinking of earlier models where only the supply line is clear. (with a braided return line) I am surprised that warming it doesn't make it more pliable and able to slide back on however. This is what I've done with supply lines in the past.

That's not the return line. It's the supply line. You weren't able to cut a bit off, warm it up and slide it back on?
